a bit slow but very friendly served!

The service is absolutely disastrous. Outrageous and rude. Such a restaurant in particular shouldn't take something like that out of it. What a shame! That was not the case before. Apparently, they don't believe in proper Corona measures either. There is not even a slip of paper to fill in the personal details (3 days in a row). In the outdoor area, the patio heater was turned off at 11 p.m. and then the outdoor lighting was switched off. From 11.45 p.m. we sat alone with our last round of drinks that were kindly offered to us. The staff finished everything and called it a day. I have never seen the staff disappear in front of the clientele. When I kindly pointed out that they couldn't offer us a last round if everything was turned off, I was laughed at and another employee started to blaspheme.

Excellent food, perfect services, you can sit outside very well, it's heated. At the end of October there will be renovations, then you can sit even better in an open, but heated, winter garden! All corona hygiene measures are implemented. All round a successful evening!

Unfriendly staff, then just learn something decent if you don't enjoy it !!

Excellent location on the bowling green in Wiesbaden. Good service but € 15 for a lamb's lettuce is from another world. Therefore 1 star deduction.

Ambience and food is recommended, but as a manager I would think about my staff. It cannot be that the staff can behave in such an upscale restaurant. Unfriendly, not courteous and makes you feel like you are undesirable.

We were guests here tonight, we were looking forward to a pleasant evening, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. The staff served without a face mask and there was no trace of friendliness. The service was far from everything you would expect in a somewhat upscale home. The food and drinks were however completely satisfactory.

The operator is a thoroughbred restaurateur. All dishes impress with their special sophistication. Even classics such as goulash and roulades invite you on a new, culinary journey of discovery. Simply delicious 😋!

Excellent atmosphere and food. However, you should definitely do something about the service.

The food was really ok, the location actually very nice. In terms of price, it is already in the upper segment. Unfortunately, the whole evening was clouded by a very rude waitress. Unfortunately, we had the impression that our multicultural group was not welcome. I am not willing to pay a lot of money for unprofessional behavior. The operators should consider whether such a service is at all acceptable.

Last weekend I was with some friends for dinner in the locality. The food and wine were highly recommended and well worth a visit. However, as guests with a not clearly recognizable German appearance, you have to be prepared for not being served in a particularly friendly and very dismissive manner. A shame for the otherwise very inviting and beautiful restaurant.

The food is excellent. My brother-in-law and I really liked the ambience. However, the staff left a lot to be desired. The fine, middle-aged, dark-haired lady was so unfriendly that I didn't want to come again despite her recommendation. When the food was served, the plate was literally thrown on the table and the drinks only barely full. My plate wasn't ready and was literally snatched from the table. I was very uncomfortable telling the lady that I would like to eat the last 2-3 bites. I also watched some of the guests being verbally abused by the above-mentioned staff.

The unheard-of behavior of a service staff casts great doubt on the professionalism of the restaurant. However, nothing can be faulted about the food.

On 08/28/2020 I was in the restaurant with my colleague to spend a nice evening. We were allowed to enjoy a good meal, but unfortunately the service was not so adequate, so we left only a very small tip. The following evening I was again a guest in the restaurant, whereupon I was rudely turned away. It was the same waitress as the night before. I related this behavior directly to what had happened the previous evening and decided to call the restaurant again to ask for a table, as it seemed obvious to me that tables were still free. This was then promptly confirmed by phone and so I returned with company. This time we were greeted by a waiter who assigned us a table, whereby the previous waitress took notice and intervened by waving her arms wildly trying to give signals to prevent the rental of seats. This was done in an embarrassing manner in public. Nevertheless we sat down and ate. We were served by another waitress the whole time who was very polite and accommodating. When I left the restaurant I said goodbye to the very rude waitress by name, whereupon she shouted after me across the restaurant that she didn't want to be served. My daughter asked herself what her problem was, since we have now felt discriminated against. She said to my daughter that I had the problem and should behave, whereupon my daughter mentioned that she had observed her previous behavior closely and that she should behave better. Then the waitress replied again, screaming through the entire restaurant: "Go and never come back!" In the end it has to be said: "A nice ambience, good food, acceptable prices, however, an unacceptable, most probably racist-based, anti-social behavior of a single waitress, which significantly reduces the status quo of the restaurant. A shame !!!

I can highly recommend this restaurant! The inn is furnished in a really stylish way. No cheap decoration, but the colors were very harmoniously matched to each other. Yes, ... right to still be able to eat a dessert afterwards. Super great and polite service. I think that all the staff did a harmonious job there.

Ate there last night, it was delicious. Prices are rather high, but for the quantity and quality of the food it is reasonable. A good wine could be recommended by the waitress. Staff friendly and responsive to guests' needs.

Apart from serving excellent food the staff was extremely understanding despite the linguistic barriers. They especially created the Vegetarian dishes for us and went out of the way to make us comfortable.

very good

The restaurant is very nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and courteous even if we had to wait a long time for dessert. When you go back from the toilet you get a very special picture, which I have never seen before. The food was excellent. I would recommend the I-Punkt again at any time.

After eating it's possible to dance (not always i think). Well dressed people and men are (in generally) 20 years older than the women 😉. It's a place to see and to been seen. Not a place for in-depth conversations. I haven' t take diner here so i can't say nothing about that.

Don't go there... The location is nice.. The food is no more then acceptable... But when we've been there it was terrible cold... When we asked them to heat they gave us the thumb down! Just avoid this place... There are so many better restaurants in Wiesbaden!
